Have ever you seen a cat fly? (Poem)

Posted on Updated on

Have ever you seen a cat fly?
I have, ive seen it fly into the sky
With just a word of sing, i saw it grow wing and fly

Have ever you seen a cat fly?
I did, where there was none
Evolution skipped some
And it grew wings before my very eyes

All i had done was sing a tune slightly out of tune
And i saw the cat fly

Oh had i known my voice alone
Could speed up evolutions song
I would have sung to the top of my lungs
And evolved the whole world along

But my lungs only sufficed to scare away the birds
And cause a cat to fly

Setting sun (poem) (kind of)

The stories most audaciously told, mould my very soul, in age I increase, the son looks upon the sun as the father once did standing now where the source now sits. Decaying beauty is rarely caught all for naught is the mirrors distraught.
As potions and spells fail the beauty sun, she realises her times has come as we, as gracefully bellow she disappears, with awe do we watch the setting of the sun, never again yet that sun ne’er seen bring the morrow, her resemblance, for another cycle of a dying breed

Me, she, he (poem)

People are more than just what they are
They’re who they were and what they’ve become
The experiences they gained so far
Some were bad and bad results they had
Some were good but just misunderstood
Some were nice and always clean, others not so pristine
But what we have to understand, is that what happens isn’t always in our hands
So who they are is not what they are only a result of what’s done so far
People incessantly good not necessarily bad
a miss understood miscommunication of meanings and tongues
To explain a lifetime, would be a waste of lungs
…..and time!
For I haven’t lived yours and you haven’t lived mine
A brain full of logical algorithms so complex it comes alive
Each our own sometimes they match
Algorithms that align and …….SNAP!
Its in place, just give it a little tap tap tap!
Finding comfort in someone who thinks the same
A human nature trait, no need for shame
Remember though in your silver backed windowless frame
As your reflection is checking you out without refrain
Your eyes then catch as you look entrapped
Slightly afraid but still want to see
What you are now and what made you be
The different ways your algorithm proceeds
All the different data that you have seen
Which writes a program in your unseen
As you stare into your eyes the left with the right and right with the left
Heres one thing to remember, I don’t preach only suggest
As you are you and we are we, as yours a program ours a prgram be
the code may be written differently, yet it’s still written on he/she/me!

So don’t blame me….she….he
Blame our his….sto….ry!

As i lay there (poem)

Posted on Updated on

I look around half lost half aware

Feeling the almost non existent air

Repressed memories look at my face and stare
How dare, how dare

Fading love for those left there

Now in my own space devoid of care

Only thoughts of what was once there

It matters not what once was shared

As now only mine to mine alone i am heir

Nothing taken with, all is left bare

Oh how my memories how they stare

In darkness pitch, I pitch an idea

But pointless now oh how I dare

For those things that I used to care

Like money fame fortune and hair

No use to me as I now lay here

Another chance never to be there

As i lay in my resting after care

Regrets are regretful but never care

As everything decays except my hair
